I am a flexible and innovative leader with a proven track record using data, creativity and collaboration to grow revenue and transform companies. With over 20 years experience as a strategy and marketing executive, I’ve helped big companies like Transamerica, Universal Studios and American Express, along with countless startups and small businesses, uncover opportunities and “get things done.”

Living in the beautiful Santa Ynez Valley, I specialize in helping budding and established winemakers achieve their goals.
I have an MBA in Strategy and Marketing from UCLA Anderson and a BS in Finance from Boston College... and a certificate in The Business of Wine from Napa Valley Wine Academy.
